The Operational Policy Framework (OPF) is one of the schedules to the Crown Funding Agreement. It is updated annually.
The OPF is a set of business rules, policy and guideline principles that outline the operating functions of DHBs. The OPF is endorsed and signed by the Minister of Health. Each DHB is responsible for ensuring compliance with the OPF.
