This is the Operational Policy Framework for the 2020/21 year. There is a change table at the end of the document showing how it amends the Operational Policy Framework 2019/20 for the 2020/21 year. Updates made throughout 2020/21 will be shows as red wording in the document.

The updated OPF contains an Appendix that lists the operational guidance and key requirements designed to support the DHBs’ response to the COVID-19 pandemic that will impact on DHBs for some time after the immediate lock down period.
